End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and Saket Studio for the use of Saket Studio software ("Software").

1. Grant of License

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Saket Studio grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software for your personal or business purposes.

License Types:

• Personal License: For individual use on personal projects
• Commercial License: For business use and commercial projects
• Enterprise License: For large organizations with multiple users

2. Restrictions

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
• Remove or modify any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
• Distribute, sublicense, or sell the Software
• Use the Software to develop competing software
• Circumvent any technological measures that control access to the Software

3. Intellectual Property

The Software and all intellectual property rights therein are owned by Saket Studio. This Agreement does not grant you any rights to our trademarks or service marks.

4. User Content

You retain all rights to content you create using the Software. Saket Studio does not claim ownership of your creative works produced with our Software.

5. Updates and Modifications

Saket Studio may provide updates, patches, or modifications to the Software. You agree to accept such updates as part of your use of the Software.

6. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. You may terminate it at any time by uninstalling the Software and destroying all copies. The Agreement will also terminate if you fail to comply with any term or condition.

7. Warranty Disclaimer

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

8. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL SAKET STUDIO BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE.
